Non-executive director

As a non-executive director I will be a sounding board for the executives based on my insights accumulated during my international business career at the Energy Company BP Oil. However, my independance will be garantueed and there is no desire to sit on the chair of the executives but to perform a real independant rol of non-executive director as needed. 

As a certified NED from the Erasmus University Rotterdam it should be clear that I will bring extensive knowledge of Governance codes and understand clearly the roles and responsabilities of a non-executive board.
